If the Issuer determines as of the end of the preceding Monthly Period with respect to any Class A Notes, Class B Notes or Class C Notes that, after giving effect to all allocations and payments with respect to that Monthly Period, the Prefunding Target Amount of that Tranche will be greater than zero, the targeted deposit to the Principal Funding sub-Account for the affected Tranches will be the Prefunding Target Amounts for such Tranche.
