Common use of Preceptorship Clause in Contracts

Preceptorship. The Parties recognize and acknowledge that every Nurse has a professional responsibility to participate in preceptor, mentor and orientation duties as required by the Employer. The Employer will provide supports for students, New Graduates and new staff that will make use of models such as preceptorship, mentoring, and orientation. The use of any of these models and approaches will be determined by the Employer based on the needs of the Nurses.
