Practical adjustments. Most students  at least 9 in 10  rate three of the four practical adjustments involved in university life. The one exception is finding suitable, affordable housing, which about 6 in 10 rated. This is likely because only those who had moved (or planned to move) when attending university would have answered this question. See Table 57.   • Annual Adjustments Base Rent shall be increased on each annual anniversary of the first day of the first full month during the Term of this Lease (each an “Adjustment Date”) by multiplying the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date by the Rent Adjustment Percentage and adding the resulting amount to the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date. Base Rent, as so adjusted, shall thereafter be due as provided herein. Base Rent adjustments for any fractional calendar month shall be prorated.

  • Annual Adjustment At the end of each Fiscal Year and following receipt by Manager of the annual accounting referred to in Article 10, an adjustment will be made to such annual account, if necessary and if available, so that the appropriate amount shall have been deposited in the Reserve.

  • Cost Adjustments Both parties agree that contracted prices shall be fixed for the first 12 months of this Contract. Contractor must submit to District any proposed cost adjustments at least 60 days before the proposed effective date of such increases with a detailed explanation for each adjustment. District alone reserves the right to reject any changes to this Contract it deems unacceptable.

  • Pay Adjustments (1) Where the rate of pay of a position or job is adjusted upwards, the employee shall be placed on the lowest step of the new pay range which will give him/her a monthly increase and the increment anniversary shall be that date.
