Power Use Sample Clauses

The Power Use clause defines the rules and limitations regarding the consumption and management of electrical power within a given context, such as a leased property or facility. It typically outlines the responsibilities of each party for paying utility costs, sets maximum allowable usage levels, and may require the installation of separate meters or adherence to energy efficiency standards.
