Power Tariff. 9.3.1 Payment shall be made by Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) or any other power utility company of Government of Kerala on a tariff approved by Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission (KSERC) or revised tariff from time to time, for the number of units generated and made available at Bus Bar of the Waste Processing Plant as per the Power Purchase Agreement (“PPA”) signed between Concessionaire and KSEB.
