Post-Termination Relocation. Following Involuntary Termination ---------------------------- of your employment with the Company under Section 9(a) below, or upon retirement or death, the Company will relocate you and your family to the location of your choice in the United States, covering the same expenses listed above on a tax-grossed up basis. In addition, in the event that you suffer a loss on sale of your principal residence in Colorado, the Company will reimburse you for the loss.

Post-Termination Relocation. Following Involuntary Termination of your employment with the Company under Section 7(a) below, or your Retirement or your death, the Company will relocate you (in the case of Involuntary Termination or Retirement) and your family (in the case of Involuntary Termination, Retirement or death) to the location of your choice (or that of your family in the case of your death) in the United States, covering the same expenses provided in Section 8 of the Original Agreement on a tax-grossed-up basis (in a manner similar to the process outlined in Section 10 below). In addition, in the event that you (or your family, in the case of your death) suffer a loss (as calculated for purposes of determining your Federal income tax) on an arms length sale of your principal residence in Colorado, the Company will reimburse you for the loss.
Post-Termination Relocation. In the event that, during the 24 month period following the Effective Date, Executive's employment is terminated (i) by Executive for any reason or (ii) by the Company without Cause, the Company shall reimburse Executive for reasonable relocation expenses incurred by Executive (to the extent not otherwise reimbursed by any subsequent employer) during the 12 month period following such termination in connection with his subsequent relocation anywhere in the continental United States.

  • Post-Termination Benefits If the Executive's employment shall be terminated for any reason following a Change in Control and during the Term, the Company shall pay to the Executive the Executive's normal post-termination compensation and benefits as such payments become due.
