Policies, Guidelines, Directives and Standards Either the LHIN or the MOHLTC will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule C. An amendment will be effective in accordance with the terms of the amendment. By signing a copy of this Agreement the HSP acknowledges that it has a copy of the documents identified in Schedule C.
Change in Guidelines Prior to Sentencing The defendant agrees that if any applicable provision of the Guidelines changes after the execution of this plea agreement, then any request by defendant to be sentenced pursuant to the new Guidelines will make this plea agreement voidable by the United States at its option. If the Government exercises its option to void the plea agreement, the United States may charge, reinstate, or otherwise pursue any and all criminal charges that could have been brought but for this plea agreement.
Interpretation & Application of Guidelines It is jointly agreed that the site representatives (union and management) are empowered to implement the guidelines as per the scope provided. It is jointly agreed that refresher training to explain the interpretation and application of the inclement weather clauses is to be conducted to ensure correct use. Guidelines Explanation The Board President will accept applications.
