Policy Guidelines. The Board of Governors of Lakehead University believes that all members of the University community have the right to study, to work, and to live in an environment free from harassment and discrimination on any of the prohibited grounds of the Ontario Human Rights Code. To provide an environment that supports the University's goals and the dignity and self- esteem of its members, it is the University's policy that: 3.1 It will not tolerate behaviour from members of the University community that constitutes harassment or discrimination on any of the prohibited grounds as set out in the Ontario Human Rights Code.
