Common use of Polarization Clause in Contracts

Polarization. The Gateway Transmitter will transmit using either right hand circular polarization of linear polarization. If circular polarization is used the antenna axial ratio shall be [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] dB or less over all azimuth angles and off-boresight angles between [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] and [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] degrees.
