Common use of Point of Sale Clause in Contracts

Point of Sale. Governmental Aggregator and Participating Customers acknowledge and agree that Supplier shall have no responsibility for damage to any property, or to any equipment or devices connected to the Participating Customers’ electrical system.

Point of Sale. Governmental Aggregator and Participating Customers acknowledge and agree that Supplier Vendor shall have no responsibility for damage to any property, or to any equipment or devices connected to the Participating Customers’ ' electrical system. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Vendor shall act in such a manner so as to minimize the risk of damage to any Participating Customer’s property.

Point of Sale. Governmental Aggregator acknowledges and Participating Customers acknowledge and agree agrees that Supplier shall have no responsibility for damage to any property, or to any equipment or devices connected to the Participating Customers’ Governmental Aggregator’s electrical system.
