Available Eft Services Clause Samples

The 'Available EFT Services' clause defines which electronic funds transfer (EFT) services are provided under the agreement. It typically lists the types of transactions customers can perform, such as direct deposits, ATM withdrawals, online bill payments, or transfers between accounts, and may specify any limitations or conditions for using these services. By clearly outlining the scope of EFT services offered, this clause ensures that customers understand what electronic banking options are accessible to them and helps prevent misunderstandings about the services covered by the agreement.
