Plot Plan. Licensee shall submit a final plot plan (layout) of the event for review and approval by the Director or his designee at least fourteen (14) business days in advance of the set-up date. The plot plan shall also include a security plan, traffic control, trash removal, location and amount of temporary restrooms and parking. The Director or his designee will notify the Licensee of any required changes and/or approval before set-up date.

  • Improvement Plan A detailed, written plan initiated by the evaluator. The teacher may provide input at the meeting to review the plan.
