Pledge to Federal Reserve. Any Lender may at any time pledge all or any portion of its rights under the Loan Documents including any portion of the Notes to any of the twelve (12) Federal Reserve Banks organized under Section 4 of the Federal Reserve Act, 12 U.S.C. Section 341. No such pledge or enforcement thereof shall release such Lender from its obligations under any of the Loan Documents.

Pledge to Federal Reserve. Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, without notice to or consent of any party or the need to comply with any of the formal or procedural requirements of this Agreement, the Lender and/or any transferee, assignee, purchaser or participant may (to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law) at any time and from time to time pledge and assign any or all of its right, title and interest in, to and under all or any of the Loan or the Loan Documents to a Federal Reserve Bank.
