  • The Consignee confirms and agrees that the Obligations of the Consignee to the Consignor under the Consignment Documents, as amended and supplemented hereby, are secured by and are entitled to the benefits of the Security Documents.

  • The Customer may refuse acceptance of the goods if due to the incomplete Consignment Documents the Supply cannot be identified against the Order or such identification requires a major cost.

  • Except for the specific agreements contained herein, nothing contained herein shall in anyway prejudice, impair or affect any rights or remedies of the Institutions or the Agent under the Agreement and the other Consignment Documents.
