Consignment Documents definition

Consignment Documents means the Consignment Agreement, all purchase orders issued thereunder by the Loan Parties, and any other document, instrument or agreement now or hereafter executed and delivered in connection with the inventory consignment program to be established by GBRP in favor of the Loan Parties pursuant to the Consignment Agreement.
Consignment Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Guaranty and other related documents.
Consignment Documents is defined in the first recital.
