Common use of Planting Clause in Contracts

Planting. Artificial regeneration is principally used to ensure that stocking requirements specified in the California Forest Practice Rules (FPRs) are met. The usual practice is to plant seedlings in those areas that have been clearcut. Seedlings are purchased from a variety of vendors and selected to fit the environmental conditions of site where they will be planted.
