Planting Sample Clauses
The Planting clause defines the obligations and standards related to the installation of plants, trees, or landscaping materials as part of a project. It typically outlines requirements such as the types and sizes of plants to be used, the timing and methods of planting, and any necessary site preparation or maintenance during the establishment period. This clause ensures that landscaping work meets agreed-upon specifications and quality standards, helping to prevent disputes over the condition or suitability of installed plantings.
