Planting. The Contractor guarantees that all plants and trees will be inherently healthy when supplied. Planting and maintenance guidance is available on request, however responsibility for loss after the first growing season, cannot be accepted since site conditions are beyond the Contractors control
Planting. Tenants may grow the normal range of soft fruit and vegetables on the Plot with the following restrictions.  Not to grow Plants/Trees that exceed 1.8 meters (6 foot) in height.  Not to grow Plants/Trees that are invasive to the extent of affecting paths and other Plots.  Not to grow Plants/Trees that are illegal.  Tenants will be required to remove Plants/Trees at the end of a Tenancy to return it to a re-let-able condition  On the Easy Access Community Plots only soft fruit bushes/canes are permitted, while the growing of hard fruit trees is limited to the communal orchard area.
Planting. (a) Following the Execution Date, Project Company will implement a program to plant and/or replant Plantation Crops in the Project Area as specified in the Feasibility Study, provided that Project Company shall plant and/or replant such number of to meet the following minimum development obligations (the “Minimum Development Obligations”);1:
Planting. (a) Following the Effective Date, subject to Section 8.6(c) and Section 8.7, Investor shall implement a program to plant oil palms in the Concession Area as specified in the Development Plan and in accordance with the following milestones (the “Minimum Development Obligations”): (i) Investor to identify and Government to issue free and clear from any Encumbrances to Investor, within 18 months after the Effective Date, an area of 15,000 hectares or larger suitable and practical for commencing planting of oil palms (the “Original Issuance”) and Investor to commence planting of oil palms within 18 months after the Effective Date or the date of the Original Issuance, whichever is later, (ii) Investor to continue to plant such number of oil palms that, by the end of the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Original Issuance, not less than thirty percent (30%) of the Concession Area will be planted with commercially viable oil palms, (iii) Investor to continue to plant such number of oil palms that, by the end of the sixteenth (16th) anniversary of the Original Issuance, not less than sixty percent (60%) of the Concession Area will be planted with commercially viable oil palms, and (iv) Investor to continue to plant such number of oil palms that, by the end of the twenty-fifth (25th) anniversary of the Original Issuance, one hundred percent (100%) of the Concession Area will 31 32 be planted with commercially viable oil palms; provided that the foregoing Minimum Development Obligation set forth above will be subject to review by the Investor following the completion of planting the initial 15,000 hectares and, upon request by the Investor and approval of the Government, not to be unreasonably withheld, such Minimum Development Obligation may be revised to take into account the experience gained by the Investor during the initial planting period. In the event that the Government objects to any such requested modification to the Minimum Development Obligation, the Parties will use good faith efforts to resolve the disagreement.
Planting. 3.1 The xxxxxx must follow the company’s specifications or advices regarding the production process. For row plantingi, the gap between each tree is 2 meters. For plot plantingii, the gap between each tree is 2 x 3 or 3 x 3 meters.
Planting. The Landowner will work with the Fund to ensure proper preparation of the Premises prior to seeding. The Fund will provide the appropriate seed mixture(s) described in Table 1 attached at no cost to the Landowner. The Landowner is responsible for planting (or causing to be planted) the seed mixture in the spring or fall as directed by the Fund. The Landowner will maintain the Premises in seeded habitat cover for the Term of this Agreement.
Planting. 1. All planting Works shall be carried out in accordance with BS 4043, BS 4428 and BS 5837. On completion of planting operations, all disturbed accesses to, and around the planted areas shall be completely reinstated to their former condition as at the commencement of planting.
Planting. All plant material shall generally be planted between November and March in open cool weather. Planting shall not take place in frosty, snowy or waterlogged conditions. Where approved, pot or container grown plants may be planted outside the described season, but adequate watering shall be supplied. Torn or damaged roots and branches shall be cleanly pruned prior to planting. Planting of whips, transplants and shrubs The nature of the material to be planted is variable and the contractor shall allow for planting to be properly carried out in all cases as described in BS 4428: 1989 section 7 Amenity tree planting, section 8 Woodland planting and section 9 Planting of shrubs, herbaceous and bulbs. All plants shall be planted at same depth, or very slightly deeper, as they were grown. Roots shall not be bent, broken or forced into inadequate pits or notches. Plants shall be upright, firmed in and wind resistant, with no air pockets around roots. All pots and root wrappings shall be carefully removed prior to planting. All pots and wrappings arising shall immediately be picked up and stored ready for removal to tip. Plants shall be planted at the specified centres. On steep slopes this shall be in the horizontal measure. Tree planting within soft landscape areas Trees shall conform to BS: 3936-1: 1992 and be planted in tree pits of the following sizes unless directed otherwise: Feathered trees - 900 x 900 x 450 Selected standards - 1000 x 1000 x 600 Heavy standards/Extra heavy standards - 1200 x 1200 x 600 Excavated subsoil or stone shall be carted off site to tip. The bottom 250mm of the pit shall be dug and broken up. The bottom of the pit shall be backfilled with subsoil (site or imported) to comply with BS 8601: 2013. The top 300mm of the pit shall be backfilled with imported topsoil as specified unless directed Making Good Any defects such as shrinkage, ponding, sparse germination or disease shall be made good and re-seeded all as above.
Planting. The Mangakotukutuku Stream is proposed to be planted in a range of appropriate eco-sourced indigenous grass, shrub and tree species. Major drains would also benefit from riparian planting (using for example Carex grasses), however those waterways are typically ephemeral (ie dry in mid-summer) and not included within this proposal. Once weed control has been undertaken, where required, and fencing upgraded/moved out from waterways (if required), these areas will be planted with specific native plants as follows;
