Common use of PLANT RULES Clause in Contracts

PLANT RULES. Section 1. The Union recognizes that it is necessary for the Company to issue rules from time to time governing the conduct of employees and that it is the duty of each employee to familiarize himself/herself with such rules and regulations. This does not constitute acceptance by the Union of any specific rules not in compliance with the provisions of this Agreement. Section 2. A record of six (6) months without warnings will serve to clear an employee’s record of a previous warning.
