Planning and Conference Time. a. Each employee shall have a minimum of three hundred (300) minutes per week of planning and conference time. Two hundred twenty (220) (200) minutes of the three hundred (300) minutes minimum shall be set aside on the schedule exclusively for teacher directed planning. Employees shall not leave school grounds without prior approval of the building principal. Student supervision shall not be assigned during this conference and planning time, but professional staff meetings may be scheduled when a portion of this time is after student dismissal.
