  • Vacation Leave Maximum Employees may accumulate maximum vacation leave balances not to exceed two hundred and forty (240) hours. However, there are two (2) exceptions that allow vacation leave to accumulate above the maximum:

  • SALARY LIMITATION The Grantee cannot use the SAPT Block Grant to pay salaries in excess of Level I of the Federal Senior Executive pay scale.

  • Elective Deferrals An Employee will be eligible to become a Contributing Participant in the Plan (and thus be eligible to make Elective Deferrals) and receive Matching Contributions (including Qualified Matching Contributions, if applicable) after completing 1 (enter 0, 1 or any fraction less than 1) Years of Eligibility Service.

  • Maximum In no event shall any holder be entitled to exercise any Warrant Shares to the extent that, after such exercise, the sum of the number of shares of Common Stock beneficially owned by any holder and its affiliates (other than shares of Common Stock which may be deemed beneficially owned through the ownership of the unexercised portion of the Warrant Shares or any unexercised right held by any holder subject to a similar limitation), would result in beneficial ownership by any holder and its affiliates of more than 4.99% of the outstanding shares of Common Stock (after taking into account the shares to be issued to the holder upon such exercise). For purposes of this Section 2(c), beneficial ownership shall be determined in accordance with Section 13(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Nothing herein shall preclude the holder from disposing of a sufficient number of other shares of Common Stock beneficially owned by the holder so as to thereafter permit the continued exercise of this Warrant.

  • Plan A An employee shall receive Maternity Leave of seventeen (17) weeks and Parental Leave of thirty-seven (37) weeks without pay, subject to the following conditions:

  • Excess Contributions An excess contribution is any amount that is contributed to your IRA that exceeds the amount that you are eligible to contribute.   • Maximum Contribution The total amount you may contribute to an IRA for any taxable year cannot exceed the lesser of 100 percent of your compensation or $6,000 for 2019 and 2020, with possible cost- of-living adjustments each year thereafter. If you also maintain a Xxxx XXX (i.e., an IRA subject to the limits of Internal Revenue Code Section (IRC Sec.) 408A), the maximum contribution to your Traditional IRAs is reduced by any contributions you make to your Xxxx IRAs. Your total annual contribution to all Traditional IRAs and Xxxx IRAs cannot exceed the lesser of the dollar amounts described above or 100 percent of your compensation.

  • Plan Year The year for the purposes of the plan shall be from September 1 of one year, to August 31, of the following year, or such other years as the parties may agree to.
