Plan Design. The parties agree that either party may request to discuss plan design changes during the term of the Agreement in an effort to reduce health care premiums. The parties agree that in the event a committee is formed to discuss plan design changes during the term of this Agreement the bargaining unit shall have a representative on such committee.
