Common use of Place of Payment Clause in Contracts

Place of Payment. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Indenture to the contrary, no Place of Payment for the Notes shall be maintained by the Company. The Notes may only be presented or surrendered for payment, surrendered for registration of transfer or exchange, or surrendered in connection with an optional redemption by the Company described in Section 1.09 of this Supplemental Indenture, electronically through the Company’s U-Haul Investors Club website.
