Common use of Place of Payment Clause in Contracts

Place of Payment. All payments required to be made by Tenant to Landlord shall be delivered or mailed to Landlord's management agent at the address specified in the Basic Lease Provisions or any other address Landlord may specify from time to time by written notice to Tenant.
