Place of Meetings and Agenda. The location of such meetings of the Steering Committee shall alternate between Siga's principal place of business and TransTech's principal place of business, or as otherwise agreed by the Parties. Meetings may be held by telephonic, video or Internet conferencing, so long as all participants can speak to, be heard by and hear all other participants. In consultation with the other Party's Program Director, the host of such meetings shall prepare an agenda and deliver the same to the other Party no later than five (5) Business Days before each meeting of the Steering Committee.

  • Place of Meetings All meetings of the shareholders shall be held at the principal office of the Trust or at such other place within the United States as shall be designated by the Trustees or the President of the Trust.
