Common use of PJM Membership Clause in Contracts

PJM Membership. For the period of time that this Agreement is in effect, Seller shall be: (i) a member in good standing of PJM; and (ii) qualified as a PJM “Market Buyer” and “Market Seller” pursuant to the PJM Agreements. For the period of time that this Agreement is in effect, Buyer shall be: (i) a member in good standing of PJM; and (ii) qualified as a PJM “Load Serving Entity” pursuant to the PJM Agreements.

PJM Membership. For the period of time that this Agreement is in effect, Seller shall be: (i) a member in good standing of PJM; and (ii) qualified as a PJM “Market Buyer” and “Market Seller” pursuant to the PJM Agreements. ; and (iii) qualified as a PJM “Load Serving Entity.” For the period of time that this Agreement is in effect, Buyer shall be: (i) be a member in good standing of PJM; and (ii) qualified as a PJM “Load Serving Entity” pursuant to the PJM Agreements.

PJM Membership. For the period of time that this Agreement is in effect, Seller shall be: (i) a member in good standing of PJM; and (ii) qualified as a PJM “Market Buyer” and “Market Seller” pursuant to the PJM Agreements. For the period of time that this Agreement is in effect, Buyer shall be: (i) be a member in good standing of PJM; and (ii) qualified as a PJM “Load Serving Entity” pursuant to the PJM Agreements.

PJM Membership. For Seller shall, at all times during the period of time that this Agreement is in effectServices Term, Seller shall beeither: (ia) be a member in good standing of PJM; PJM and (ii) be qualified as a PJM “Market Buyer” and “Market Seller” pursuant to the PJM Agreements. For ; or (b) have entered into an agreement with a Market Participant that will perform all of Seller’s PJM-related obligations in connection with the period of time that Facility and this Agreement is in effect, Buyer shall be: (i) a member in good standing of PJM; and (ii) qualified as a PJM “Load Serving Entity” pursuant to the PJM AgreementsAgreement.
