Common use of PJM Membership Clause in Contracts

PJM Membership. (a) The XXXX Supplier shall be at all times during the Delivery Period (i) a member in good standing of PJM; (ii) qualified by PJM as a “Market Buyer” and “Market Seller” pursuant to the PJM Agreements, and (iii) qualified as a PJM “Load Serving Entity.” During the Delivery Period, each of the Companies shall be a member in good standing of PJM.

PJM Membership. (a) The XXXX Each SSO Supplier shall be at all times during the Delivery Period (i) a member in good standing of PJM; (ii) qualified by PJM as a “Market Buyer” and “Market Seller” pursuant to the PJM Agreements, and (iii) qualified as a PJM “Load Serving Entity.” During the Delivery Period, each of the Companies shall be a member in good standing of PJM.

PJM Membership. (a) The XXXX Supplier shall be at all times during the Delivery Period (i) a member in good standing of PJM; (ii) qualified by PJM as a “Market Buyer” and “Market Seller” pursuant to the PJM Agreements, and (iii) qualified as a PJM “Load Serving Entity.” During the Delivery Period, each of the Companies shall be a member in good standing of PJM. The XXXX Supplier shall be responsible, and be liable, to PJM for the performance of its LSE obligations associated with the provision of XXXX Supply under this Agreement.
