Common use of Pilot System Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Pilot System Acceptance. Contractor shall achieve Pilot System Acceptance on or before the date specified in the Project Control Document upon successful completion of all of the following: (a) Cutover to Production; (b) its completion and delivery of all Work and testing protocols associated with Pilot System Acceptance; (c) successful implementation of all functions and features and successful achievement of all testing protocols has been verified by Contractor;
