Pilot System Acceptance Clause Samples

The Pilot System Acceptance clause defines the criteria and process by which a pilot or prototype system is evaluated and formally accepted by the client. Typically, this clause outlines the specific tests, performance benchmarks, or review periods that the pilot system must undergo, and may require the client to provide written confirmation of acceptance once these criteria are met. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon standard for determining when the pilot system meets contractual requirements, thereby reducing disputes and clarifying the path to full implementation or further project phases.
