Physician Supervision; Patient Scheduling and Registration. Practice shall provide sufficient physicians to provide supervision and interpretation of the Equipment procedures and be immediately available for any emergency that may arise with any patient receiving Equipment procedures. Biosensor will provide an informational explanatory written disclosure to each Practice patient sent for diagnostic services that the patient is and will remain at all times a Practice patient. Practice shall be responsible for patient scheduling consistent with its supervision obligations and its usage of the Space in accordance with this Agreement. Biosensor will be responsible for all billing for the technical component of services received by Practice patients. Practice shall be solely responsible for the practice of medicine and determining the needs of its own patients, including the ordering of diagnostic tests. Under no circumstances should the Practice or its physicians rely on any analysis provided by the Biosensor Personnel.
