Common use of Physicals Clause in Contracts

Physicals. The Hospital will pay for an annual physical exam for each nurse to the extent that said exam is not covered by the nurse’s medical insurance. The Hospital also agrees to pay for CBC, Chem. 12 and U.A. that are done at the Hospital and ordered by the nurse’s physician as part of the physical exam.

Physicals. The Hospital will pay for an annual physical exam for each 10 nurse to the extent that said exam is not covered by the nurse’s medical insurance. The 11 Hospital also agrees to pay for CBC, Chem. 12 and U.A. that are done at the Hospital 12 and ordered by the nurse’s physician as part of the physical exam.

Physicals. The Hospital will pay for an annual physical exam for each 2 nurse to the extent that said exam is not covered by the nurse’s medical insurance. The 3 Hospital also agrees to pay for CBC, Chem. 12 and U.A. that are done at the Hospital 4 and ordered by the nurse’s physician as part of the physical exam.

Physicals. The Hospital will pay for an annual physical exam for each 16 nurse to the extent that said exam is not covered by the nurse’s medical insurance. The 17 Hospital also agrees to pay for CBC, Chem. 12 and U.A. that are done at the Hospital 18 and ordered by the nurse’s physician as part of the physical exam.
