Common use of Phase Services Clause in Contracts

Phase Services. Consultant will provide the following bid phase services for two (2) separate bid lettings; one bid letting for the waterline improvements and one bid letting for the street and storm sewer improvements. a) Address questions from contractors regarding the final plans. Issue addenda, if necessary, prior to the bid letting. b) Conduct a prebid conference, if required by city staff. c) Provide Client with an Engineer’s Estimate for the bid letting. d) Review bids and provide Client with a letter of recommendation regarding award of the construction contract.

Issue addenda, if necessary, prior to the bid letting. bc) Conduct a prebid conference, if required by city staff. cd) Provide Client with an Engineer’s Estimate Opinion of Construction Cost for the bid letting. de) Review bids and provide Client with a letter of recommendation regarding award of the construction contract.
