Common use of Pet Fee Clause in Contracts

Pet Fee. In the event that Owner or Owner’s Agent gives written authorization to Tenant allowing a pet in or around the Premises, Tenant agrees to pay an additional pet fee in the amount of $ upon the execution of this Agreement, which in non-refundable. The pet deposit does not preclude additional damage charges being made by Owner. In addition, The Eastwood Shores IV Association’s Pet Addendum shall be applied for and approval required and enforced for the term of this Agreement. Pets over twenty (25) pounds are NOT allowed on the condominium property, nor is more than two pets per Unit permitted.
