Common use of Pet Fee Clause in Contracts

Pet Fee. In the event that Owner or Owner’s Agent gives written authorization to Tenant allowing a pet in or around the Premises, Tenant agrees to pay an additional pet fee in the amount of $ upon the execution of this Agreement, which in non-refundable. The pet deposit does not preclude additional damage charges being made by Owner.
