Nonrefundable Fees. Tenant will pay, prior to or by the Move-In date, the following nonrefundable fees, which will not be returned under any conditions:

By signing this MLS Membership Agreement, you hereby acknowledge and accept that any and all fees paid to MIAMI, including membership dues or otherwise, are nonrefundable and shall be retained by MIAMI. The nonrefundable Cleaning Fee is for additional cleaning performed by Landlord after Tenant vacates, including: replacing A/C filters; sanitizing the kitchen, bathrooms and/or appliances; and general cleaning of the rental unit. The cleaning fee, however, does not relieve Tenant of Tenant’s obligation to leave the Premises clean and free of debris at the end of tenancy.
