Personal Right. The rights granted to Lessee under this Agreement are personal to the named Lessee under the Lease in connection with the occupancy of the Premises, and shall not be assignable or transferable to any other person (including any assignee or subtenant) claiming by or through Lessee, without the prior written consent of Lessor, except for an assignee or subtenant permitted by, or approved by Lessor in accordance with, Section 20 of the Lease.
