Occupancy Date Delay Sample Clauses

Occupancy Date Delay. In the event the Occupancy Date, as defined in Article 3 of the Lease, is delayed as a result of any Tenant Delay, the Occupancy Date shall be deemed to occur on the date it would have occurred “but for” the Tenant Delay. Tenant shall pay any and all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Landlord and reasonably documented by Landlord as a result of any Tenant Delay.
