Personal Property Damage Reimbursement. 27 2.10.1 The District will consider requests for reimbursement for damages or loss to personal 28 property used in the course of employment. Such use must have prior written District 1 approval and must not involve culpability on the part of the unit member. The District and 2 the Association agree to review methods to protect unit members' personal property.
