Personal Property Damage Reimbursement. The District will reimburse the teacher for damages to his/ her personal property resulting from vandalism or theft while on district property and during the course and scope of work when the loss has been validated by District personnel. This reimbursement shall include damages to a teacher’s vehicle and any items attached to such vehicle resulting from vandalism, theft, and burglary. It shall be limited to a maximum of $1000 per incident up to a maximum of $1500 per year and shall be for those actual damages not covered by insurance.
