Common use of Personal Professional Development Clause in Contracts

Personal Professional Development. Both parties to the agreement recognize that personal professional growth in the areas of techniques of 27 instruction, management of instructional setting, preparation, pupil-teacher relationships and character 28 development, knowledge of subject matter, pupil evaluation, building and district effectiveness, and 29 community relations are related to teacher performance and in turn to student achievement.
