Common use of PERSONAL AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY. Provider(s) shall procure and maintain, for the life of the contract/agreement, Automobile Liability Insurance. The minimum limits of coverage shall be $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident for Bodily Injury Liability, and $100,000 per accident for Property Damage Liability. Medical payments and Uninsured Motorists should be included and the policy should extend to rented vehicles. The policy should not exclude business use.
