Personal Activities. Association Members are entitled to full rights of citizenship. Activities on their personal time, including but not limited to religious or political activities, will not be used as a basis to discriminate on the terms and conditions of their employment, provided that such activities do not prevent them from performing their employment duties and provided that Association Members do not claim that those activities are undertaken on behalf of the College. Association Members will not conduct themselves in any manner that creates an actual conflict of interest between their position of employment and their activities or relationships with students currently in their class. Members will immediately disclose any potential conflict of interest that may arise to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Vice President of Academic Affairs. Failure to make such disclosure may result in discipline.
