PERS Contributions. The parties agree to the implementation of provisions contained in 414(h)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code concerning the tax treatment of worker retirement contributions paid by the Orchard School District on behalf of workers in the bargaining unit, pursuant to separate signed agreement between the parties.
