Permitted Uses and Disclosures of Protected Health Information. (a) Subject to the limitations set forth in this Agreement, Sub-Business Associate may use and disclose Personal Information as necessary to provide its services as described in the Services Agreement.

Permitted Uses and Disclosures of Protected Health Information. (a) Sub-Business Associate agrees not to use or disclose Protected Health Information other than as permitted or required by this Agreement or as Required by Law. Subject to the those limitations set forth in this Agreement, Sub-Business Associate may use and disclose Personal Protected Health Information as necessary in order to provide its services as described in the Services Agreement.
