NDC Codes Sample Clauses
The NDC Codes clause defines the requirement for identifying pharmaceutical products using their unique National Drug Code (NDC) numbers. In practice, this clause mandates that all references to drugs or medications within the agreement must include their corresponding NDC codes, ensuring precise identification of products for ordering, billing, or regulatory purposes. By specifying the use of NDC codes, the clause helps prevent confusion or errors related to drug selection, thereby ensuring accuracy and compliance in pharmaceutical transactions.
NDC Codes. Mylan shall obtain its own labeler code, drug listing and NDC for use in connection with the sale of Product.
NDC Codes. Purchaser shall have the right to use the Seller’s NDC codes for the Product in order to sell the Inventory it acquires from Seller, but shall not have the right to have manufactured or sell any other Product utilizing the Seller NDC codes.
