Common use of Permits and Licenses Clause in Contracts

Permits and Licenses. Tenant shall obtain and maintain in current status all permits and licenses that are required under any Laws and Regulations in connection with Tenant's use, occupancy, or operations at the Premises or the Airport. In the event that Tenant receives notice from any governmental authority that Tenant lacks, or is in violation of, any such permit or license, Tenant shall provide City with timely written notice of the same.
