My narrative account of my experience at the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City may be used for publication, display, sale or compensation to, and/or claim. I may, or may not be, identified in such reproductions; however, I shall not be stated by name to have endorsed a particular commercial product or commercial service.

TeleConex must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non-designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, TeleConex will be required to provide the results of the TeleConex test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.

  • Transportation for Employees Transportation will be provided to employees who are required to work other than their normal working hours, and who must travel to or from their home during the hours between 11:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. and when convenient public transportation or other transportation facilities are not available. An employee shall be reimbursed for the cost of commercial transportation within their headquarters area, upon presentation of receipts.
