Permanent Staff. There is a limitation to the freedom of recruitment principle for temporary teaching staff as it is requi- red that a minimum of forty percent of the total staff be permanent employees, not including relief contracts, substitutions and project-based contracts. In new businesses, for the first five years from incorporation, the minimum number of permanent staff is twenty percent. This article may be revised by the parties if general labour laws undergo changes in this respect.
