Permanent Evaluatees Clause Samples

The 'Permanent Evaluatees' clause defines individuals or entities who are continuously subject to evaluation under the terms of an agreement. Typically, this applies to parties whose performance, compliance, or eligibility must be regularly assessed, such as employees under ongoing review or vendors in a long-term contract. By clearly identifying who qualifies as a permanent evaluatee, the clause ensures that expectations for monitoring and assessment are transparent, thereby supporting consistent oversight and accountability throughout the contractual relationship.
