Periods of time off. for Full Time employees will be at the mutual consent of the employee and Festival Management. Full-time employees will give a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior written notice to the Festival's Director of Production of intent to take time off for vacation; exceptions will be considered in extraordinary circumstances.
