Period of Validity of Bids. Bids shall remain valid for a period after the date of Bid Submission as indicated in Section 2: Bid Data sheet. A Bid valid for a shorter period may be rejected as non-responsive pursuant to clause 23 of Instructions to Bidders. In exceptional circumstances, the UNDP may solicit the Bidder’s consent to an extension of the period of validity. The request and the responses thereto shall be made in writing. Bidders granting the request will not be required nor permitted to modify their Bids.
