Common use of Period of Contract Clause in Contracts

Period of Contract. All obligations of Pur- chaser shall be discharged not later than “Termination Date” stated in AT12, unless it is adjusted pursuant to BT8.21 or BT8.212 or extended pursuant to BT8.23 or BT8.32, excepting only those obligations for which Forest Service has given written permission to delay perform- ance. Such written permission shall be considered a Con- tract Term Adjustment for the purpose of Purchaser com- pleting performance of obligations covered by such permission.
