Common use of Period Covered Clause in Contracts

Period Covered. This Agreement shall become effective at the start of the first shift beginning after 12:01 a.m., August 27, 2017 and remain in full force and effect through the completion of the last shift beginning prior to 12:00 p.m., midnight, August 22, 2020. This Agreement shall automatically be renewed thereafter from year to year unless either Party notifies the other in writing at least one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to its expiration date of a desire to modify or terminate it, in which event negotiations will be undertaken without undue delay.

Period Covered. This Agreement shall become effective at the start of the first shift beginning after 12:01 a.m., August 27September 1, 2017 2018 and remain in full force and effect through the completion of the last shift beginning prior to 12:00 p.m.a.m., midnight, August 2215, 20202021. This Agreement shall automatically be renewed thereafter from year to year unless either Party notifies the other in writing at least one hundred and twenty eighty (120180) calendar days prior to its expiration date of a desire to modify or terminate it, in which event negotiations will be undertaken without undue delay.

Period Covered. This Agreement shall become effective at retroactive to the start of the first shift beginning after 12:01 a.m.a.m. August 22, August 27, 2017 2021 and remain in full force and effect through the completion of the last shift beginning prior to 12:00 p.m.a.m. midnight August 31, midnight, August 22, 20202024. This Agreement automatically shall automatically be renewed thereafter from year to year unless either Party party notifies the other in writing at least one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days prior to its the expiration date of a the Agreement of its desire to modify or terminate itthe Agreement. Upon the receipt of such notification, in which event negotiations will shall be undertaken without undue delay.

This Agreement shall automatically be renewed thereafter from year to year unless either Party notifies the other in writing at least one hundred and twenty (( 120) days prior to its expiration date of a desire to modify or terminate te1minate it, in which event negotiations will be undertaken without undue delay.

This Agreement shall automatically be renewed thereafter from year to year unless either Party notifies the other in writing at least one hundred and twenty sixty (12060) days prior to its expiration date of a desire to modify or terminate it, in which event negotiations will be undertaken without undue delay.

Period Covered. This Agreement shall become effective at the start of the first shift beginning after 12:01 a.m., August 27July 1, 2017 2019 and remain in full force and effect through the completion of the last shift beginning prior to 12:00 p.m., midnight, August 2220, 20202022. This Agreement supercedes the Agreement between the parties to expire June 30, 2019. This Agreement shall automatically be renewed thereafter from year to year unless either Party notifies the other in writing at least one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to its expiration date of a desire to modify or terminate it, in which event negotiations will be undertaken no later than thirty (30) days thereafter without undue delay.

Period Covered. This Agreement shall become effective at the start of the first shift beginning after 12:01 a.m., August 2730, 2017 2019 and remain in full force and effect through the completion of the last shift beginning prior to 12:00 p.m., midnightmidnight August 15, August 22, 20202023. This Agreement shall automatically be renewed thereafter from year to year unless either Party notifies the other in writing at least one hundred and twenty ninety (12090) days prior to its expiration date of a desire to modify or terminate it, in which event negotiations will be undertaken without undue delay.

Period Covered. This Agreement shall become effective at the start of the first shift beginning after 12:01 a.m., August 27January 1, 2017 2006 and remain in full force and effect through the completion of the last shift beginning prior to 12:00 p.m.p.m. (midnight), midnightDecember 31, August 22, 20202008. This Agreement shall automatically be renewed thereafter from year to year unless either Party notifies the other in writing at least one hundred and twenty sixty (12060) days prior to its expiration date of a desire to modify or terminate it, in which event negotiations will be undertaken without undue delay.

Period Covered. This Agreement shall become effective at the start of the first shift beginning after 12:01 a.m., August 2721, 2017 2022 and shall remain in full force and effect through the completion of the last shift beginning prior to 12:00 p.m., midnight, August 2231, 20202024. This Agreement shall automatically be renewed thereafter from year to year unless either Party party notifies the other in writing at least one hundred and twenty ninety (12090) days prior to its expiration date of a desire to modify or terminate it, in which event negotiations will be undertaken without undue delay.

This Agreement shall automatically be renewed thereafter from year to year unless either Party notifies the other in writing at least one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to its expiration date of a desire to modify or terminate it, in which event negotiations will be undertaken no later than forty-five (45) days thereafter without undue delay.

This Agreement shall become effective at the start of the first shift beginning after 12:01 a.m.am, August 2720, 2017 2023, and remain in full force and effect through throughout the completion of the last shift beginning prior to 12:00 p.m.am, midnight, August 2217, 2020. 2026, This Agreement shall automatically be renewed automatically thereafter from year to year year, unless either Party party notifies the other in writing at least one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to its expiration date of a desire to modify or terminate itthe Agreement, in which event negotiations will be undertaken without undue delay.

This Agreement shall become effective at the start of the first shift beginning after 12:01 a.m., August 27October 1, 2017 2000 and remain in full force and effect through the completion of the last shift beginning prior to 12:00 p.m.p.m. (midnight), midnightOctober 1, August 22, 20202005. This Agreement shall automatically be renewed thereafter from year to year unless either Party notifies the other in writing at least one hundred and twenty ninety (12090) days prior to its expiration date of a desire to modify or terminate it, in which event negotiations will be undertaken no later than thirty (30) days thereafter without undue delay.

This Agreement shall become effective at the start of the first shift beginning after 12:01 a.m., August 2725, 2017 2019, and remain in full force and effect through the completion of the last shift beginning prior to 12:00 p.m.a.m., midnight, August 2219, 20202023.
